Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This affiliate program is intended for ethical, transparent, and compliant promotion only.

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the PromptVerse Technologies Affiliate Program. By applying or participating, you agree to comply with the terms below.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. PromptVerse Technologies reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Nature of the Product

The products promoted under this program are digital downloadable products. No physical goods are shipped. Affiliates must accurately represent the digital nature of the product.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates are defined within the affiliate dashboard or written agreement.

  • Commissions apply only to verified, completed, and non-refunded transactions.
  • Commissions are calculated excluding taxes, payment gateway fees, and discounts.
  • Chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent transactions will void associated commissions.

4. Payment Terms

Affiliate payouts are processed according to the payout cycle defined in the affiliate dashboard. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.

PromptVerse Technologies reserves the right to delay payment if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

5. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false income or performance guarantees
  • Use misleading claims or deceptive marketing
  • Impersonate PromptVerse Technologies
  • Run paid ads using our branded keywords without written permission
  • Spam via email, direct messaging, or automated systems
  • Use coupon or discount manipulation without authorization
Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided within the affiliate dashboard. All trademarks, branding elements, and product materials remain the intellectual property of PromptVerse Technologies.

7. Compliance & Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction.

Where required, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission from purchases.

8. Fraud & Abuse Policy

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals
  • Commission stacking
  • Fake purchases
  • Credit card fraud
  • Artificial traffic generation
Detected violations will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.

9. Chargebacks & Refund Impact

If a customer files a chargeback, dispute, or refund request, the related commission will be reversed.

Affiliates are responsible for promoting transparently and reducing misleading expectations.

10. Termination

PromptVerse Technologies may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for policy violations or reputational risk.

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by written notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

PromptVerse Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
